Deciding on whether to hire a nanny is only one of the many decisions new parents have to make.

According to Cosmopolitan, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are not planning on hiring a nanny – unlike Kate Middleton and Prince William. They are building what appears to be a high-tech, eco-friendly nursery for the baby.

The question is how will the couple balance a busy schedule and a newborn baby? Apparently, Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, will offer a helping hand, per Vanity Fair. The couple is building an entire wing just for Doria in Frogmore Cottage, which will include a bedroom, playroom and a spare bedroom that will act as the baby’s nursery.

According to Cosmopolitan, the nursery’s color scheme will be whites and greys – no pink or blue for this modern couple! Furthermore, the walls will be painted with vegan paint infused with eucalyptus oil. The nursery is also expected to be a high-tech baby base, with top-of-the-line cameras, security windows, a state-of-the-art stereo system, and a £50,000 energy-efficient boiler.

“They are going all out with the refurbishment of the house, and as Harry loves his gadgets, it’s going to be very cool,” a source revealed. “They’ll be able to control everything from their smartphones.” Read more about it on Cosmopolitan here.
