It’s no surprise that Kendall Jenner makes bank. But did you know that the 23-year-old is the highest-paid model of 2018?

Jenner raked in $22.5 million from June 2017 to 2018, according to Forbes’s annual list of highest-paid models, beating Karlie Kloss, who took the runner-up spot with $13 million.

Per Forbes, most of Jenner’s income can be traced to her campaigns with Estee Lauder, Adidas, and Calvin Klein.

Karlie Kloss is also an Adidas model. The $13 million is the most money she’s ever made in a year. Most of that is due to her social media presence, which she has turned into a full-fledged brand, according to Forbes. Who knows what will happen if Jenner follows in her footsteps.

The Hadid sisters only ranked at no. 7 and no. 8.

Ivan Bart, president at IMG Models, told Forbes, “Your social media page is your magazine of your life, so how you represent yourself matters … If you’re going to crossover you have to have a vision for it.”

Forbes’ list included Chrissy Teigen and Rosie Huntington-Whitely at no. 3, with $11.5 million each. Giselle Bundchen tied with Cara Delevingne at $10 million, putting them at no. 5.

Adriana Lima, 37, didn’t hit the $8 million mark as she left the runway last year. Other catwalk regulars like Ashley Graham and Liu Wen also fell off the list.
